Greater Cleveland Psychiatry does NOT accept insurance.

All services are billed directly onto the credit card on file at the time of the appointment and not submitted to any insurance company.

All services are “out-of-network”. Some health care plans include out-of-network benefits for mental health services and can apply for reimbursement. Each insurance plan is different and we do not know if and how much you can be reimbursed. The best way to know is to contact your insurance company.Those with Medicare, Medicaid and tricare are not able to apply for reimbursement. We can provide you with the necessary documentation to apply for reimbursement.

All patients will be given a “Good Faith Estimate” in accordance with the No Surprises Act.

New Patients

  • Ten minute Introductory phone call-FREE
  • Initial assessments, Diagnostic Assessments, Consultations-$400

Continued Treatment After Initial & Diagnostic Assessments

  • Medication only appointments-$100
  • Medication with therapy-$150
  • Meeting with family member and without patient-$200
  • Extended therapy without medication-$200
  • Extended therapy with medication-$300
  • Prescription refill outside of appointment times-$25
  • Non-emergency phone calls in between appointments-$50

Other Possible Services

  • Traveling fee for in-home appointments within Greater Cleveland area-$50
  • Traveling fee for in-home appointments outside the Greater Cleveland area-$100
  • Virtual meetings with schools-$200/hr
  • In person meetings with schools (may include traveling fee)-$300/hr
  • Paperwork (FMLA, test accommodations)-$50
  • Letters-$50
  • Consultation and Reports for legal representation-please speak with your clinician
  • Late Cancellations (<24 business hours)-the full fee of the appointment
  • Missed appointments-the full fee of the appointment
